Falconry.  Colline de Pech Mary, 11000 Carcassonne,www.aigles.com. Demonstrations at Les Aigles de la Cité in Carcassonne from April to September with some audience participation. An exhibition of falconry half a mile from the ancient city. Commentary and demonstration take 45 minutes.
