events. You will find them at Quillan market on Wednesday
mornings and Esperaza market on Sunday mornings. Fresher
and more cosmopolitan than the usual cassoulet orientated
local style. Specialises in paella, Couscous and barbeques.

Oyster Bar There are many small producers along the Mediterranean coast. We can recommend Yannick Joulieu who can, by arrangement, come to your wedding or similar event in-land and prepare and serve oysters to your guests. Yannick Joulieu, Tel portable: 00 33 (0)6 08 63 17 05 and is at the Esperaza Sunday morning market. Oysters are best eaten when there is an `R' in the month, so don't expect to see him in May, June, July or August. |
